Thank you for signing up for a trip with us! This agreement is sent to our trip leaders to ensure we’re all on the same page. It also gives our trip leaders a chance to get to know you and your diving history before the trip so that they can plan accordingly.

Payment Schedule, Refund & Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge the below schedule, cancellation & refund policy. Resorts, charter companies and other service providers require payments on a strict schedule to secure their services. As such, we require timely payments from our participants so we can secure your spot for the trip.

Payment Schedule

  • Trip Retainer: Due at time of booking
  • 90 Days prior to departure: Full Payment Due
  • All payment dates are listed on the trip information page

Refund & Cancellation Schedule

  • Trip retainer: Non-refundable
  • Cancelling within 90 days of departure date: 50% refund
  • Cancelling within 60 days of departure date: No refund
